Erin Ladd founded LADD Planning & Development to assist landowners, investors, design teams, and communities in facing the challenges of the overall real estate development process. Erin’s experience includes leading teams and clients through the technical aspects of design, entitlements, contract negotiation, and community outreach for projects ranging from $3 million to $100+ million across all asset classes, including large-scale commercial, lifestyle mixed-use, vertical multi-family, hospitality, and industrial development projects. She has successfully received approvals for well over one million square feet of entitlements and counting.
Erin holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Nova Southeastern University, focusing on real estate finance, market research, and investor relations. She earned a Bachelor's Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Florida Atlantic University, where she studied capital improvements, transportation planning, smart growth, pedestrian safety + complete streets, and policy analysis. Erin also spent two years studying Sociology and Marketing at the University of North Carolina Asheville, where she studied global markets and the theoretical concepts behind policies and regulations.
Erin serves numerous leadership roles within the Southeast Florida/Caribbean Chapter of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). She is also active with the Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce’s Real Estate & Construction Committee, NAIOP, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the American Planning Association (APA), and Nova Southeastern University’s MSRED Alumni Committee.

Alec Bogdanoff, Phd

Alec is the Co-Founder of Brizaga, focusing on assisting businesses and communities with urban planning and engineering solutions to address the challenges of sea-level rise and environmental changes head-on.

He has two decades of political experience and is a frequent presenter on a range of topics around climate change, sea-level rise, and public policy.
​
Alec holds a Ph.D. in physical oceanography from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution (WHOI) Joint Program in Oceanography, and an M.S. and B.S. in Meteorology from Florida State University.
Lisa Bernstein, PE

LISA S. BERNSTEIN, PE
Lisa Bernstein is an accomplished transportation/traffic engineer with 33 years of experience working for local governments and the private sector. Ms. Bernstein holds exceptional long-standing relationships with clients and government staff, including Miami-Dade County, Broward County, Palm Beach County, and FDOT.

Ms. Bernstein offers a broad range of expertise, including project review from roadway construction to traffic impact studies, trip generation reports, parking studies, and land use amendments.
​
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Florida.
